Classes are scheduled at your convenience.  We will do our best to accomodate international clients so that trainings take place in their normal daily hours.

In addition, classes can be taught online, onsite at your location, or in Bloomington at the Cornerstone Headquarters.

 

iQCX

         

 

 

This course teaches attendees how to write ResRules to streamline their quality control process and automatically identify and fix problems. This course is intended for those who are new to iQCX and ResRules. It will cover concepts and practices that a ResRule writer needs to write effective rules in an iQCX environment, from easy to more complicated ones. Time is allocated for participants to practice writing their own ResRules guided by an instructor available to answer questions.  (More)

An overview of the Web Portal is given, discussing, and demonstrating all the areas that a client can access. You will learn how to use the different areas in the Portal such as System Tables, the System Monitor, and Schedules.  Students will also learn some of the ways to use the Portal to monitor and troubleshoot problems with their PNR’s (More).

This class walks the attendees through some basic troubleshooting steps and procedures in tracking down, identifying problems and taking steps to fix them.  We will discuss the overall process, so they understand how iQCX works, and then have them use the different tools available to them for troubleshooting.(More)

Participants will gain a thorough understanding of how data gets to iBank, how to manage and maintain their site as an administrator, and will be shown how to run standard, custom, and broadcast reports.  This class is intended primarily for site administrators. (More)

Primarily for iBank website administrators.  They are shown how to manage their website and users.  Each of the administrative functions are discussed, while giving them the opportunity to configure some of the administrative areas with the trainer available.  We will discuss best practices on using these different options.  This class does not include reporting.(More)

This class will focus primarily on the different reporting options a user (non-administrator) has when running reports (standard, custom, and broadcast reports).  We will work with clients to build any custom reports they’d like to try and create, as well as advise on best practices when setting filters and administering their own reports.(More)

This online session is intended for those who may need refresher training on the DataCleanser, or those who are taking over the responsibility of being the DataCleanser administrator.  You will learn about the overall process of importing data from a back-office system, the different options you have for cleaning up the data, as well as how to create and use DataDoctors to fix your data prior to sending it to iBank.  (More)

DataDoctors are an important feature in the DataCleanser that helps clients “clean up” their data by applying some limited logic to their records and have changes made as they are being imported into the DataCleanser.  You will be shown the different DataDoctor methods, how to configure them, sequence them and then run them.  You will be shown how to run a report on what DataDoctors did when processing. Custom iBank Training
 

TravelOptix

          

 

This class is intended for new users of TravelOptix who will have limited (read) access to their app.  They will learn the basic TravelOptix process of where the data can come from and how is gets loaded into TravelOptix.  They are shown how to open and navigate to the different sheets within an app, how to select filters from the provided dropdowns, or select them from data points within a visualization.  Additional functionality such as creating bookmarks, exporting data to Excel, to a PDF, or as an image, and how to search for specific data will be shown.  Attendees will also have an opportunity for hands-on experience in working with their own data and visualizations. (More)
